I acknowledge and agree that the River Valley Agricultural Society, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, and directors, is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind sustained while I participate in any equestrian activities organized by or taking place at the River Valley Agricultural Society. These activities include, but are not limited to, horseback riding, coaching, training, clinics, and rough stock activities. I understand that memberships are valid from October 1 to September 30 of the fiscal year for which payment is made, and that my membership includes applicable insurance coverage and voting privileges at the Annual General Meeting and any Special Meetings.
