Our clinics are booked for the entire day to ensure ample time for all participants. Quantities are per day, so book accordingly for multi-day clinics. For all inquires on day rentals, and clinic bookings please reach out directly to us at hintonrvasbookings@gmail.com please note that RVAS is a volunteer run organization, and while we will do our best to get back to you promptly we do appreciate your patience.
Cancellation Policy
You must be an active member of the River Valley Agricultural Society to book private use of the arena. This is for a private booking only and is not for Clinics, which must be booked differently. As of March 24th 2025 the board of directors have voted to decide that all private or group bookings exceeding 2 hours must go through our Bookings Director. Thank you for understanding.
