Service Description
hourly arena rental, for private bookings only. (This does not include clinics, which must be booked through the Bookings Director) a maximum of 2 hours back to back may be booked online. As of March 24th 2025 the board of directors have voted to decide that all private or group bookings exceeding 2 hours must go through our Bookings Director. Thank you for understanding. Cancellation Policy
You must be an active member of the River Valley Agricultural Society to book private use of the arena. This is for a private booking only and is not for Clinics, which must be booked differently.
